This Privacy Policy refers to the collection of data by our TimePeace Meals Software at the request of the contracted Catering Company to your Hostel.

“We” means the Contracted Meals Catering Company, who employ a  licensed version of TimePeace Meals.

What Information do we collect?

We collect additional information from that supplied by you to the University on enrollment  when you register  for “Late Meals” or when you use any of the TimePeace Meals Applications.

The information we collect is added to your Student Profile supplied to us by the University Student Accommodation Services Office

The Information collected by us, is limited to your Name, email address, Student ID, confidential fields(login and password ) and any update to your food preferences or allergies.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in any of the following ways-

1. to personalize your experience when using TimePeace Meals

2. to maximize our service to you.

3. to process transactions
Your information , whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred  or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever without your consent, other than for the express  purpose of delivering our service to you.

4.  to send you an automated confirmation emails that your late meal order has been received.

5. We may in the future send periodic emails to you.
The email address you provide when registering for Late Meals may be used to  send you an automated Meal order confirmation as well as  information and updates to the Hostel Meal Service in general as well as sending you the occasional catering news, new menus, or service information in particular.

Note- if at any time following registration  you wish  to unsubscribe from receiving any future emails  including your auto confirmations, then contact your Hostel Manager who will arrange for the Catering Admin staff to remove your email address from your Profile.

6. We provide Pastoral Care reporting on request  to the University Hostel Accommodation Office.

7. by providing us with your food allergies and food preferences enables us to cater successfully for you.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information as best we can, and data files are password protected and encrypted.

Do we use Cookies?

We do not deploy  Cookies in our Reporting, but some of the Applications templates may now, or in the future, use Cookies.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade or otherwise  disclose to outside parties  your personally identified  information unless we are requested to by Law Enforcement Agencies or Pastoral Care reports to the University  Student Accommodation  Office.
