What is TimePeace?
TimePeace is a simple to use Time and Attendance software application, that operates on Windows PCs
How does it work?

The installation consists of a number of different modules that share data files.

The “modules” include a Clock module where the staff log in and out and the TimePeace Administration module which contains the reports audits etc and the ability to add /edit records and add staff etc.

The employees log in and out using either a secret code entered from the keyboard or from a barcode scanner attached to the computer.

There is no hard ware to purchase.

The employee secret code can be alpha numeric and is commonly 3 or 4 numbers

At the end of the pay period the Administrator runs his choice of reports and if the hours are as expected a simple button push creates the export file which is in turn imported into ACE payroll and the wages are completed.

If the hours are at variance then the log records can be edited or log records added

Sick Leave annual leave, stat day entitlements etc are all reportable.

Departmental analysis, Variance reporting, Tea break reinbursment and budgeting reports to name a few, are all available for the payweek or by date selection by button push.

All relevent reports can be exported to Microsoft excel.

All installation and data file are held in the one folder on one of the business computers.

this computer should be an internet capable computer with a printer attached.

If its part of the business local network, then the clock module can be run from this computer over the network.

I offer a service of creating your employee file from an excel report available from any payroll programme..

This means that the installation is ready to go from the moment its installed.

My costings are totally transparent.

The cost is $NZ520.00 plus GST per annum for a user licence.

TimePeace has a small professional team, and international clients are managed from an office in South Africa, using Skype and screen sharing applications .
New Zealand and Australian clients are directed to the help desk in Wellington.
