What do I do if:

  1. I want to change from paying weekly to fortnightly or vice versa
  2. An employee’s name changes.
  3. I want to change where the back up file goes.
  4. I want to change the TimePeace computer.
  5. I want to start deducting lunch from some of my employees automatically.
  6. The power goes off and the staff cannot log out or in.
  7. My shop network is down and the staff cannot use the TimeClocks.
  8. My TimePeace Server Computer has failed.
  9.  I want to pay some staff extra for working in the weekends.
  10.  I want my payroll payslips to show the hours for holiday and or entitlements.
  11.  I want to add an operator who can log into MarkTime but not have access to all reports.
  12. I want to make sure I always have the latest version.
  13. I want to pay the staff according to their Contract.

  16. My staff use a bar code card to log in and they have left it at home.
